In 2020, I founded Vertical, a Paris-based boutique advisory firm specializing in turnaround strategies for businesses across all industries.<\/span><\/p>\n

My expertise spans a range of sectors, including retail, cosmetics, manufacturing, professional services, IT, and energy. I have extensive international experience working in France, the UK, the US, Spain, and Switzerland with leading restructuring firms such as Alvarez & Marsal, LB Partners, and JPMorgan.<\/span><\/p>\n

In my journey, I\u2019ve recognized the power of data automation and advanced analytics to quickly perform in-depth financial and operational analysis, identify key pain points, and drive effective transformations. One of my core strengths is leveraging large volumes of information to deliver significant value to my clients. At the same time, it\u2019s essential to remember that transformation is driven by people, not just data\u2014so I always keep things simple.<\/span><\/p>\n

I hold an MBA from Columbia Business School, a Master in Management from EM Lyon, and a Bachelor’s degree in IT from Paris-Dauphine University.<\/span><\/p>\n
